ABOUT ME
Call me an artist.Some decade ago—never mind how long precisely—having very few people to talk to, and precious little to stimulate my sedentary life of being a homeschooled child, I thought I would take up drawing a little and see the colourful part of the world.It is a way I have of driving off the spleen and regulating the circulation. Whenever I find myself growing grim about the mouth; whenever it is a scorched, sizzling July in my soul (I live in Asia); whenever I find myself involuntarily pausing before the Michelangelesque galleries of fanartists on Twitter, and bringing up the rear of every great fandom whose heyday has long since passed; and especially whenever my cabin fever gets such an upper hand of me, that it requires a strong moral principle to prevent me from deliberately thundercunting my laptop against the nearest wall—then, I account it high time to get back to drawing as soon as I can.

TERMS OF SERVICE
● If you post/use my art anywhere, please credit me
● Do NOT claim my artwork as your own or misrepresent yourself as its creator.
● My artwork may NOT be used to train AI models, included in AI training datasets, or submitted to generative AI services for training purposes.
● For my Do's and Don't's (what I can and can't draw) please refer to my CommissionsPayment: Full payment is due upfront once the sketch has been finalized and approved. For pricier commissions, a 50/50 payment arrangement may be done, with half paid upfront and the remaining half due upon completion.I accept payments through PayPal .
REVISIONS & REFUND
● Major revisions (composition, pose, etc...) will no longer be accepted once we've agreed upon and I've finalized the sketch.● All payments are non-refundable once the commission has been agreed upon and paid for. However, in case I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
ADDITIONAL FEES
● Rush Fee: Should you need the artwork to be completed within a deadline, an extra rush fee will be included. The price will depend on the deadline.● Commercial Use: Standard commission prices cover personal use only. Commercial use, including the use of my artwork in merchandise, advertising, publishing, or other commercial products and ventures, requires an additional licensing fee. The fee will depend on the intended use and scale of distribution.
COPYRIGHT
● All commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership to the client. The commission price grants a non-exclusive license for personal use, including using the artwork as an avatar or displaying it on a personal page/website.● Clients may not resell or redistribute the original artwork files or sublicense the artwork to third parties. Commercial use, including merchandise sales, advertising, business promotion, publishing, and incorporation into commercial products, requires prior written approval and payment of the applicable licensing fee.● Any arrangement that differs from these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
